Brand Setup

Create your brand profile so Recall knows what to track.

Your First Brand

After signing in for the first time, Recall shows the Brand Onboarding screen. This is where you tell Recall about your brand.

Enter your website URL (e.g. https://yourbrand.com) and click Continue. Recall creates your brand profile and redirects you to the dashboard.

What Recall Extracts

From your website URL, Recall identifies:

Brand name — Parsed from your site's metadata

Primary domain — The domain you entered

Industry context — Used to generate relevant prompts in the next step

Managing Brand Details Later

After initial setup, you can update your brand's details in Settings → Brand:

Name — Your brand name as it should appear in AI responses

Website — Your primary website URL

Domains — Additional domains associated with your brand

Aliases — Alternative names or spellings AI models might use

Multiple Brands

In local deployment mode, Recall operates as a single-organization instance.
